What Causes Right-sided Abdominal Pain 10 Days After Menstruation?
Hello, It has been 10 days since my last period and I began bleeding again. Bright red blood, not heavy but enough to fill a pad every 4 hrs. I have some pain in my right abdomen and am extremely tired. I have see\n my gyno about this in the past and was told I was fine.

The history is suggestive of polymenorrhea or excessive bleeding in amount or duration. In order to stop the excessive bleeding, I suggest you to take tranexemic acid after prescription from your gynecologist. I suggest you to get an ultrasound pelvis to look for endometrial cavity.
