What Causes Right Sided Abdominal Pain And Greenish Vaginal Discharge?

I got this pain today on my left side of tummy right across from my belly button and down under my belly button when i press in hard it relieves a bit of pain its worse when i walk and noticed alot of vaginal discharge too each time i wipe lumps of it can be tinged green too this happened before with pain had to keep sitting down.. but i have the discahrge nearly all the time since about 2days after i got my firat smere test 3months ago sometimes i can feel the discharge even walking around!! Only got this pain twice in last 4weeks but noticed discharge is worse when pain is there pain is like a bad period pain and then i go toilet and wipe and discharge is there.. smere results were normal to!.. im starting to get embaressed and contious of it with my partner?

I really appreciate your concern, intestinal infection would be very likely condition and in my opinion it can be well managed with "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" twice in day for 5 days and for the pain "Tab Acetaminophen with Dicyclomine" can be tried, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
