My 11 yr. old daughter is complaining of pain in her right side. Yesterday she had the stomach flu that has been going around school. Today she is complaining of her left side hurting. On a pain scale 1-10, she said it hurt about a 7 at 8 this morning. Now she says a 9.

I think in this situation the most possible and urge diagnosis is appendicitis and after this parasites. You need to perform an abdominal echo, blood test to see the WBC, and surgery consultation and after parasite stool and Infectious diseases specialist consultation.
