What Causes Right-sided Abdominal Pain, Lack Of Appetite And Mild Fever?

15 year old with lower right side abdominal pain and lower side back pain on both sides. Hurts to cough, physical activity, and pressing on it. Lack of appetite and low grade fever. Do I need to take her to ER or can it wait till morning? What could cause this?

thqnks for posting your query to HCM . common causes for Pain in right side abdomen may be gall bladder stone , gas,appendicular inflammation etc . but associaio of fever indicate some inflammation inseide , so I suggest you to consult your health care setting for correct diagnosis and treatment . Meanwhile I suggest you , not to take anything from mouth .
