What Causes Right-sided Abdominal Pain, Menstrual Cramps And Nausea?
hey i am at the end of my period, late tonight my right lower side bottom where ovary is began hurting.the pain is bad,i have bad menstrual cramps the first couple days of my period.this is a hard aching pain like a menstrual cramp, and pressure of ovulation mixed together.i am nausau some&scared.i can not lay down &get comfortable.what could cause this bad pain on lower right side&hip?
There are two options first this could be appendicitis as it is associated with vomiting plus typically on the right lower abdomen. But as you are menstruating there is a chance of ovarian torsion as well. So you must consult your physician and get examination done to rule out the issues If that is normal then this can be a bad menstrual cramp and you might need Mefanamic acid to treat this condition.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
