Since you are getting black stool, you are suggested to get clinically examined in ER. Black stools are commonly indicative of taking certain food high in iron content or taking iron supplements.
It may be due to upper digestive tract problem or problem, stomach ulcer, ulcerative colitis, crohn's disease, GIT disease, etc. Get all required blood tests, stool(R/E & C/S), urinalysis(R/E & C/S), imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing you symptoms.
For relieve take antacids & PPI's (Pan-40), one sos when required. Avoid constipation, stay well hydrated & take laxative at bed time if required. Get X-ray or CT/MRI done to rule out any slip discs of other pathology. Get treated at the earliest.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K
