Thank you for your query.
Would you please clarify a few things for me?

1) how long gone have you been on the current regimen of medications?
2)what is you B. P. Like now?
3)do you have any history of heart disease, Hypothyroidism, diabete. Or hyperlipidemia?
4)did you have any palpitation before you fell down?
5)any symptoms after the new. Drug regimen?
6) did you lose consciousness /faint or Just lost balance but were conscious the whole time? Any giddiness or dizziness?
7)does any part of your body feel weak or have less energy?

High blood pressure on repeated readings with symptoms like fall and loss of equilibrium need to examine ed immediately. Please the ER.
You need to have your blood pressure regularly monitored along with the heart function.
Underlying heart disease, abnormal heart rhythms can compromise blood flow to your brain and cause the blood pressure to rise to compensate for that loss. Women usually have nonspecific Symptoms during a heart attack. Age dismisses the intensity of symptoms as well

Mini stroke, due to high blood pressure can cause weakness of one side or part of one side of the body and lead to weakness that may not be discernible and overlooked. This can lead to falls. This condition may be a precursor to a full blown stroke.

I strongly recommend informing your physician and go to the ER right away.
Don't drive or go alone. Take all your medical reports and prescriptions with you.
Try not to go up or Down the stairs. If you stay alone, have someone stay with you till you are ok
Hope this helps. Wish you get better soon. Please get back to us if you have further queries.
