What Causes Rise In Creatinine Levels?

Dear Sree Bhushan Ji,One my colleague is suffering from CKD since last 4.5 years. Initially he has been tested 4.5 creatinine four years back and was maintaining stable 3.5 creatinine since then. Now there was a sudden bump up in creatinine and now the value is 6.3. The patient is highly resistance to come to hospital and I would like to have your appointment this week so I can bring all the reports available. I am confident that I can convince him with your suggestion after I meet you Sincerely expect a response and I would be greatful for your time this week.ThanksRaja0000

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your friend if the creatinine value goes on increasing then this is the sing of kidney disease and this could be due to infection, this is the first possibility, then others are chronic uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes, third effect of some exogenous chemical agents, if the creatinine does not comes to the normal then dialysis would be needed, take care and have a nice day.
