What Causes Rise In Temperature And Blood Pressure On Intake Of Alcohol?

My name is Don. I am 37, weigh 175, 5 9 height. I have been drinking many years but for the last year and a half I ve been drinking 7 days a week. I believe I have been drinking about a pint and a half of bicardi per day. Usually one pint bottle and a couple nips. I am a veteran and went to the va Saturday but no beds available. I called this morning still no beds. I m quitting today anyway. My last drink was probably around 4 pm yesterday. So I am on hour 26 now. My bp is about 138/82. Hr about 85. No shaking hands, no nausia, feel normal other than a bit nervous. I plan on eating dinner and then taking either a Tylenol pm or one dose of nyquil. Anything else I should do? I plan on monitoring my temp and bp.
