What Causes Runny Nose After Tooth Extraction?
I had a front tooth extracted today and about an hour after the procedure my nose is constantly running., Is this normal, I had novicaine to numb my tooth and it numbed my upper lip and nose! Did he puncture my sinus cavity. How long before this goes away?

No, tooth extraction do not cause running nose. It might be due to some allergy because of material used or due to environmental dust/pollen.
You just take tablet Levocetirizine 12 hourly for 2 to 3 days, drink plenty of water and avoid cold water or cold drinks.
