What Causes Runny Nose, Appetite Loss And Fatigue?

i am an 18 year old female college student, and for the past few days I have been experiencing a nonstop runny nose, a lot of mucus in my system, absolutely no appetite (I have not ate since sunday and now it is tuesday and I still cannot get myself to eat), and also, I feel fatigue. What could possibly be going on?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I can understand your concern
this could be due to a viral infection
in my opinion you should take a decongestant pill or a nasal spray to stop running nose

you should visit your GP for examination and investigation to rule out viral hepatitis which might
be responsible for loss of appetite

you can take omeprazole plus antacids if you are having symptoms of stomach hyperacidity

have plenty of fluids
hope this helps you
good luck
