What Causes Sacral Nerve Pain In A Person With Herpes?
I have herpes and I experience sacral nerve pain when I m inactive, especially while I m laying in bed. Does the HPV virus live in the sacral nerves, like the herpes virus, and would it cause this type of pain? Other than warts, are there any other symptoms of HPV?

This virus is not known to cause this type of pain. It does cause warts as you mentioned but not discomfort.
