Hi,
I understand it can be bothersome.
Hormonal changes, that are usually common after starting sex life can cause changes in cycles, flow during period etc., for a few months.
Pregnancy can be ruled out when there is bleeding during period following intercourse. There is nothing much to worry about when pregnancy test came back negative usually.
A few other causes of spotting, short duration of period can be
stress, recent change in diet, weight and physical activity, starting/stopping hormonal form of birth control (pills, IUD, Depo shot, patches, etc.) recently, etc.
To understand your situation better, can you answer a few questions, that are listed below?
1. Can you tell me your age?
2. May I ask if you started sex life in these last 2 months?
3. Are you on any hormonal form of birth control?
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.
