What Causes Seizures In Case Of Hydrocephalus?

hi , i am diagnosed with hydrocephalus and i have seizures during sleep only i went to the doctor and after mri and everything he wrote me a sodium valproate to take 3 time s a day. i was good for nine months but after nine months seizures came back only days that i masturbate. is this something that i should worry about?
