What Causes Semen Leakage And Severe Fatigue?

Hi Doctor im 22 years old.I stop mastubate and sometimes im hwving wetdreams too..but these few day 2-3 weeks i found out my urine frequently mix with my sperm.it s exactly like I m mastubating. Can i stop sperm to leak out every time i urinate I feel weeknes all my body musls are stretched my legs and my back is hurt ing all the time.And felt like burning over penes and testis part. I m very upset now I always live very sad and depressed Plz help me I want to be strong again.what should I do for make myself healthier and normal back.

What problem you are facing could be an urinary tract infection and not sperm leakage in urine.
Kindly get your urine sample tested for urine routine examination.
Kindly consult Urologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
Also, having wet dreams (night fall) is considered to be normal at your age. Hence, you need not unnecessarily worry about it.
