What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps Along With Heavy Vaginal Bleeding During Menstruation?

Hi Doctor, I face abdominal cramps during periods and very heavy flow with clots. Although periods are regular and take place in every 25-26 days and stay for three days. I also have problem of white water. I also face the symptoms of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) for which I sometimes take yakult. Should I start taking Hempushpa on my own or should I visit a gynacologist.

Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
Do not avoid consult gynecologist.
Following are the cause of your problem:
1. Hormonal imbalance
2.Fibroid
3. Endometriosis
4. Pelvic inflammatory disease: Gonorrhea most commonly
5. Dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
6. Endometrial cancer.

Take the following advice
1. Consult the gynecologist and test your hormone profile, Pelvic USG and hysteroscopy for diagnosis
2. Take tablet aithromycine 500 mg/day for 5 days
3. Tablet meftal saps for pain
4. Probiotic tablet orally/vaginally
5. Apply Apple cider vinegar: it has excellent antibacterial and antifungal properties
6. Maintain hygiene
7. Wash your vagina with warm salt water 4-5 times in a day
8. Wear loose pure cotton inner wear
9. Keep the vagina clean (Not wet)
10. Avoid sex and avoid douching till you get better
