What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain Along With Vaginal And Rectal Bleeding?

My 25 year old daughter has been experiencing abdominal pain in the kidney area for over a year. In the fall of 2014 she began having severe weight loss with vomiting and nausea. She also had rectal and vaginal bleeding. She had two ultra sounds, a colonoscopy, an endoscopy, pill cam, a CT SCAN, and finally a hide-a-scan. The colonoscopy showed only a small hemorrhoid. The hide-a-scan indicated a gall bladder problem. The other tests showed no other problems. She had her gall bladder removed the end of December, but the pain and symptoms have continued. She went to the emergency room the first week of January and had another CT scan. They told her she was constipated. After a few days of miralax treatment, she started to feel better and had about two weeks of increased appetite and a little weight gain. However, the symptoms came back the end of January, this time with the pain in the kidney area still, but new pain in the stomach area and diahhrea. She was then hospitalized for suspected pancreatitis, but she didn t have significant relief from the treatment (IV Fluids for 24 hours/Dilauded) and then was diagnosed and treated for C-Diff. During that stay, she had another colonoscopy which showed only a few polyps. The C-Diff treatment stopped the diarrhea but didn t seem to make any difference with the pain, nausea, and rectal bleeding. She went to another emergency room the first of February where they gave her a drink that numbed her throat and stomach. They told her if that reduced her symptons, she may have an ulcer. She did not have a decrease in symptoms. She saw a GI doctor on 2/12 who told her she may have another infection in her stomach and ran some tests. She is waiting for the labs to come back. In the meanwhile, she ordered Prilosec 40mg 30 minutes prior to eating. The doctor suspected a UTI so she went to a general doctor who ran a UA and started her on metronidazole 500mg three times per day. My daughter has had no decrease in pain and symptoms. Today she says the pain is worse and the rectal bleeding (bright blood) has increased. She says that eating anything causes an increase in symptoms, with the exception of toast and milk. She states she has had no alcohol since her gall bladder surgery except for 4 beers (in one sitting) about a week ago. That made her very sick. She also vapes but says she has seen no increase/decrease in symptoms. Prior to her surgery, I believe she drank routinely and heavily, but she has not confirmed that. 5 years ago she was diagnosed with PTSD related to an auto-pedestrian accident where she struck a 14- year old girl who later passed away. She has had severe flashbacks and insomnia since then. She was taking an anti-depressant and anti-anxiety pill prior to her surgery, but not since. She has had no other surgeries or hospitalizations or known allergies. She did have a reaction to broccoli when she was ten years old, resulting in severe bloating.
