My 7 yr daughter has intermittent severe abdominal pain since Friday 2am. Vomiting x3 - bile only. She c/o being hungry, takes only a bite or two and then cries in pain. Took her to ER and they sent us home with zofran last night. Should we return to ER?

Hi
Welcome to the healthcaremagic
Causes of pain in abdomen + vomiting are
.acute gastrointestinal infection
.gastritis
.intestinal obstruction
.appendicitis, cholecystitis, pancreatitis
UTI
Zofran is vomiting medicine. But since vomiting is bilious it is better if you take your child to ER to rule out acute abdomen( which requires hospitalisation)
Happy to help you
Best regards
