What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain, Tremors And Chills?

HI. At 3pm I had severe abdominal and true stomach pains. I was spitting up, never vomited, but sweated excessively, After 2 hours, it was over after a small bowel movement. Then I got shaking chills, and now my temp is just shy of 100, and my PCP group dx IBS - does this cause sweating and later chills? I don t have $15.00 for another week

Hi,

It could be a viral infection dear . You should take paracetamol for the fever and rest and have a lot of fluids preferably ORS.
