What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain?

Severe abdominal pain
For the last two weeks I have had severe pain on my right side.I have been to the er three times and to my primary doctor yet they tell me nothing.what should I do or who should I contact ? I cannot eat and haven't been able to stay out of the fetal position. Thank you

The reasons of such a severe abdominal pain to keep you in fetal position can be: Ureteric colic due to a stone, appendicitis, volvulus, Ischemic colitis to name a few. You should consult a Surgical Gastroenterologist and get contrast enhanced CT scan of the Abdomen to find out the cause.
IT is possible that you will require a surgery.
