I have GERD with cellular changes at the lower end. I have hormonal emblanaces which we are getting balanced l I still have periodic reflux with aspiration. When this happ[ens I devleop sinus edema, croup and bronchitis; My doctor gives me antibiotics to prevent pneumonia but it is so painful I can barely breath. I use a bemulizer 3 times a day and Ventolin HH for emergent;y relief. Can this be a problem withmy diaphragm?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, you seems to have multiple symptoms because of GERD and all the symptoms that you have may not affects the diaphragm and it is nothing to worry, but all the symptoms may not be GERD and it is better to see the differential diagnosis hope this information helps.
