Not sure of the spelling but, as a child l had Brights disease, and now 30 years later l am having severe back pain head aches trouble walking but not swelling like l did as a child. I have let a prolapse go unattended and l know it is my bladder as l have no uterus. YYYY@YYYY

Complete bed rest for a certain period of time is the initial mode of treatment in low back pain. Pain can be controlled by medication, exercise, weight reduction, lifestyle modification etc. And if the condition is not improving and impairing your activities of daily living then you have options like epidural injection and ultimately surgery.
