What Causes Severe Back Pain Which Radiates To Armpit And Breast?
i have severe pain in my back on the middles left side close to the under part of my armpit that stretches across to under my breast and it is very tender and sharp pains that feel like a shock that takes my breath away. Almost makes me want to pass out. I have had it for almost a week now and it is very uncomfortable. what is it?

Well come to HCM
This could be muscular spasm, if this does not associated with any other symptoms like fever, and cough, breathing difficulty then this is nothing to worry and this can be well managed with following medicines
1) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg twice in day
2) Tab Chlorzoxazone three twice in day
3) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day
