General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of pain at your right ribs radiating to your back following a previous right fracture with associated weakness I am suggesting that you have developed a condition called flail chest possibly due poor Malunion

In view of this please please do a chest x-ray and see a cardiothoracic surgeon for expert clinical assessment and possible surgical Invasive procedure as well as adequate drug prescription

Moreover please take some analgesic pending your appointment

I hope this helps Regards
