hi i have had back problems for 14 weeks now and it is debilatating i cant enjoy life with my two children anymore. i'm 33 and when i've seen the dr he just gives me painkillers which make me sleep and says i need to lose weight ( which is easier said than done when i cant excercise ). I've seen a chiroprator who said i had a slipped disc pressing onto the sciatic nerve - he helped me and i was more mobile for about a week or so but now i'm back to square one. What sort of help do i need or referrals should i be after from the doctor?
