What Causes Severe Backache?

I am experiencing a terrible pain that is radiating to my back. The pain is in the middle ( not sure chest or abdomen), it s at the bra line... right in the middle. This happens occasionally when I have dinner in Chinese restaurants or with really rich food. Plz explain what is this pain n how can I eliminate or manage it. Thank u

Hi this could be duodenitis. Duodenum is the first part of intestine after stomach. It forms a backward loop and so pain can be in back. Take a good acid suppressant and you should be fine--regards
