General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The body ache is secondary to the electrolyte imbalance and dehydration caused by the severe vomiting from the hiatus hernia, which may be from the acute acid reflux or hyper gastritis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
General & Family Physician
