What Causes Severe Chills, Dizziness And Weakness?

I m pretty sure I lost a tampon inside of me. I went to urgent care earlier this morning to have it removed but the doctor said she couldn t see it. I am 95% sure that it is in fact still there. I jut recently started feeling extremely cold, getting dizzy spells, and feeling weak. What should I do?

If you are preety sure and having symptom then consult gynaecologist stat to check per vaginally whether its there or not. If still you have doubt then you can undergo ultrasonography to check any abnormalities.
