What Causes Severe Constipation Along With Rectal Bleeding Post C Section?

I believe I have a fecal impaction. I had a cesarean section 5 days ago and have only had 2 bowel movements since. Now I have a large hardened mass of stool the will not pass and has been hurting for almost 24 hours. There has been bleeding and my anus is swollen and hurting. Sorry for the graphic nature of my question, but what should I do?

I really appreciate your concern, drink more water, fiber containing diet, if does not helps then rectal suppository can be used or soft water enema can be used, and for that it is better to see the doctor hope this information helps.
