I have been suffering a severe cough with a constant running nose and wake up with my eyes swelled and have night sweats with cold flashes and have developed severe neck and should pain which wakes me at night and when I try to move my arms feel locked Is it possible is meningitis symptoms similar

Here your physical and neurological examination show be done along with CBC and Auscultation
According to above work up medication prescribed
For inflammation relief shirt term betamethasone steroid course prescribed
If CBC reveal neutrophilia than antibiotic prescribed
Salt water gargle done and hot water used for drinking
