General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.
Sorry to hear about your illness. Change in weather causes such type of events and having malaise, bodyaches, lethargy or mild joint pain are common after-effects after an episode of common cold that may last for a week or more. There is nothing serious. All you need to do is to sit back and relax. If you are bothered too much then you can take tab paracetamol SOS. See a local doctor to get a prescription if PARACETAMOL is not availble over-the-counter in your locality. Wishing you best of health.
Regards.
