What Causes Severe Dehydration And Vomiting After Taking Cyclopean And Dompan?

I took a tablet of cyclopean and dompan as prescribed by the doctor i got severe dehydration and vomiting since no electrals were prescribed my electrolytes got depleted I got blood sugar of 1200 and had a myocardial infraction and induced diabetes is this possible ?

Hi,

Medicines mentioned by you doesn't induce myocardial infarction or diabetes. Dompan is prescribed for acid reflux disease and unlikely to cause vomiting however any medicine can cause vomiting as a minor side effect.
