What Causes Severe Ear Pain While On Cifran?

I just returned from India for a month and I have acute ringing in my ears. They prescribed cifran and con arisen when I was there for severe dizziness two weeks ago. It went away in two days but now I have severe ear pain. Brill this medicine assist with this

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is ear pain, dizziness, then it could be infection and that could be the reason of tinnitus (Ringing in ear) the most common infection is virus, you have to wait for four to five days, bed rest is must till then condition can be tried with Tab Betahistine 8 mg three times in day, hope this information helps.
