What Causes Severe Earache And Headache Along With Cold?
my daughter (28 years old)a few months ago had a severe ear ache, headache, throat runny nose and could hardly hold her head up. she was taking an antibiotic and after a few weeks she was ok. I went to see her today and the same problem only her the gums or i guess its called the pallet (upper teeth? was soft she would out of nowhere grab her ears and head and start crying. she wouldn t go to the doctor and i am wondering if there could be something else wrong. she is an iv heroin addict also

As per your history, it may be due to sinusitis.
For that kindly do saline or Betadine gargles. Take steam inhalation twice a day.
For headache you can take tablet acetaminophen. Take tablet levocetrizine for cold.
In case of fever, cough you may require antibiotics and blood work up after consultation.
Keep your self hydrated. Maintain proper hygiene.
