What Causes Severe Fatigue After A Hysterectomy?

i am 48 and had a hysterectomy 5 years ago. i am so tired when i get off work i dont even want to cook. i hurt all the time from the top of my feet to the top of my head. mostly in my feet and legs and hands and my back. i am somewhat over weight and dont get much exercise. But im just so tired all the time.
