What Causes Severe Fatigue After Taking Pristiq?

Hello, I ve been taking pristiq now for about 2 weeks. I ve been taking it at night. I m finding that I m really tired in the morning and can t really function, but I come good early afternoon. Is it the time I m taking the medication doing that? Should I take it in the morning?

Hi.

There is no specific time to take the medication as long as it is taken at the same time every day with or without food. But I do recommend taking the medication early in the morning (as soon as you awaken) and continue to inculcate the habit daily.
