Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should get your basic metabolic panel done including serum electrolytes , in consultation with your doctor. The medication should be reviewed in line of the labs accordingly. Blood pressure control should also be assessed in the same setting. You may share them with me, I can guide you accordingly.

Wishing you best of the health
Thanks
