What Causes Severe Fatigue Along With Shortness Of Breath?

I get tired real easy and out of breath. Have irregular skipped heart beats, profuse sweating suddenly. I have had stress tests and EKG tests , angiogram. Nothing found. This is scary tho my Dr. Says it s nothing but anxiety. I m 74 years old have a low stress level.
