What Causes Severe Fatigue And Appetite Loss?

Hello, I am a 29 year old female diagnosed with Gilbert syndrome, Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (Complex Regional pain syndrome), 8 herniated discs from C-2 to T-3. I am on 25 mcg fentanyl patch (every 72 hours), gabapentin 600 MG 2 times per day, Hydrocodone as needed 5 mg (2 x per day at most). This medication has not changed in the past year. In the past 2 weeks, I m experiencing the following: - Shortness of Breath - Chest Pains (intermittent) - Increased and urgent urination - Increased Fatigue - Decrease in appetite - Increased cold intolerance - Some minor disorientation (I think associated with Fatigue) Thank you, Kelly
