What Causes Severe Fatigue And Body Chills?

I am having bouts of extreme tiredness, coming on quite suddenly, which are accompanied by shakiness and weakness. No muscle weakness nor paralysis. No inability to move aside from feeling like I m too tired to do so. No pain. BP and glucose are normal during these episodes. They last for several hours, sometimes 1-2 days, and I am tired afterwards. Bloodwork shows a gamma globulin of 48, which is below normal. Everything else looks normal. I have a history of mild anemia.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As your all investigations, BP, sugar level are within normal level except mild anemia. So fatigue may be because of that. Do you have fever? If yes, then you have to rule out malaria by lab investigations after consultation. Treatment mainly depends upon the underlying conditions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
