What Causes Severe Fatigue And Dizziness Along With Urinary Incontinence?
I m getting very tired and feeling jittery. I barely made it to the bed. I don t remember getting n the bed. I urinated in bed and I don t remember feeling like I had to go. Each time I feel I wake up feeling like I passed out. I m not a drinker. This happens without warning. I have frequent urination. Pain in lower abdomen and back. What could this be?
We will try to help you in the best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.
Based on the history you have shared, it can be urinary tract infection and you need urinalysis and ultrasound KUB.
Antibiotics like ciprofloxacin may be needed. If work up is unremarkable for UTI other causes of incontinence needs to be evaluated by a urologist and micturition studies may be needed.
Neurological examination of lower limbs and motor system, as well as spine Radiography, may be needed. Supplements for calcium D3 B12 and folic acid may also be helpful.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
