I'm get exhausted when I stand up. I'm always thirsty. Water tastes bad, but I still drink it. Solid foods that aren't juicy don't seem to have much taste. My calves keep cramping. My throat gets dry quickly, and I have to go to the bathroom every hour, even at night.
