What Causes Severe Fatigue And Fever?
My 34 year old son had a serious case of mono as a 12 year old. For the past several years, usually when he gets overtired, he becomes extremely fatigued and runs a fever. It last for about three days and then he s fine. During that time he feels terrible and sleeps most of the time.
