What Causes Severe Fatigue And Headaches?

My daughter just turned 35 and is having EXTREME fatigue and headaches like missing work, she has recently quite smoking and drinking, and started weight watchers for weight loss Could this just be a reaction from that? I also just found out she has been taking Chantix for a while also. It is week 4
