Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Since you are suffering from chronic disability, your all symptoms are more suggestive of depression. Our mind has huge impact our physical activities. When we can't live independent life our mind starts behaving abnormally. And so psychological diseases are more common in such patients. So in my opinion, you should definitely consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. You will also need anti depressant and other supportive drugs. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these. Be positive ad think positive.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
