What Causes Severe Fatigue And Pressure In The Head?

My husband became super exhausted about 24 hours ago. He is the type that never slows down and never complains the best he can describe his symptoms is that he feels totally exhausted and pressure in his head but no fever his blood pressure was 133 over 65 last night when I took it and haven t taken it again today. he has no appetite at all

might be having general debility anemia or diabetes and hypertention.liver function test should be done as informed your bp is normal. can gofor second check
