What Causes Severe Fatigue And Weakness In The Hands?

My husband is experiencing extreme fatigue, a feeling of just feeling ill, has had trouble holding on to things with his hand, drooling, and talking out of one side of his mouth. He saw a doctor this morning and she found nothing. But I am worried. What do I do now.
