What Causes Severe Fatigue, Eye Twitching And Congestion?

Hello, I m 30 yrs old.I ve been feeling off for about 2 months now, always tired, no energy, no drive to want to do anything after I get home from my construction job. Eyes twitch once and awhile , congested most of the time . I haven t been sleeping well. Could it be I m not getting enough sleep and am just over exhausted .

Yes, I think this is stress related. Try to take a Xanax before sleeping fro 3-4 days to have a more efficient sleep.
