What Causes Severe Fatigue, Headache, Blurry Vision And Dizziness When Diagnosed With Hypothyroidism?

I have a family history of hypothyroidism but have been tested prior to having my first child. He is almost 2 now and in the past year I have gained about 60 pounds, I m tired all the time I have the WORST headaches that my vision goes blurry and I have bouts of dizziness and occasional panic attacks where I feel my heart racing and I feel like I m going to pass out. My doctor rechecked my TSH and its 2.59 and my blood sugar levels but they also came back normal. Could it still be my thyroid? My mother who has hypo said my symptoms are so similar to hers and now my doctor is just focused on me losing weight but I m mostly concerned about all these other symptoms that are affecting my every day life.
