Hi
There are different reasons for the symptoms mentioned by you and few are as below
Severe Fatigue - Anemia decrease in Hemoglobin
Thyroid problems
Sleep disorders
Diabetes and others
Kidney pain - Kidney stones
Urinary tract infection
kidney infection(pyelonephritis)
Bleeding in kidney
Head aches - Tension head ache
vision problems
organic causes like tumor in the brain
ENT causes
Unable to concentrate - All the above conditions can lead to this problem

Suggest to get your Hemoglobin, Thyroid, diabetes tests done to rule out these disorders

Ultrasound abdomen which can rule out any kidney disorders

CT/MRI brain to rule out any organic cause and ENT consulation

Please do meditation eg. if your age is 45 then 45 mins of meditation is recommended which will calm your mind and you can concentrate aswell

Wish You Good Health

Regards

Dr Sridhar K
